: bb.q Kazak Opens 2 Stores Just 4 Months After MF Agreement

After signing the MF agreement at the end of last year, bb.q Kazak successfully opened two stores in Almaty during April and May.


Starting this year, bb.q Global has focused on helping new country partners build strong self-management skills through high-quality business education. During the MF Business Program, bb.q Global emphasized that the key to franchise success is rapid store expansion, which allows benefits such as group purchasing, shared logistics, and joint marketing. The company also introduced strategies such as regional agencies and multi-franchise systems. Through continuous training, partners learned how increasing store numbers directly improves profitability and how to manage supply and operations effectively. The bb.q Global Operation team also continued supporting and training the local team in Almaty.

The first store opened on April 29 at Mega Alma-Ata Mall. Before opening, strong pre-marketing activities were carried out through outdoor advertisements on major streets, apartment complex ads, and promotions at local Magnum supermarkets. For store operations, repeated training was provided for kitchen operation managers and staff on workflow, cooking processes, quality control, cleanliness, customer service, cashier staffing, business structure, and profit management. To increase sales, the team trained staff to guide waiting customers carefully, improving customer conversion rates. They also increased efficiency by stabilizing cooking speed and installing additional kiosks. In addition, special promotions and discount events were planned for low-sales hours such as 11 AM–12 PM and 3 PM–5 PM, as well as weekday events.


The second store opened on May 12 at Orbita Mall. Since many employees had already worked at the first store and received operational training from the bb.q Global Operation team, the second store achieved faster operational stability. On opening day, promotional activities included video advertisements, flyer and coupon distribution, and influencer marketing. Among these efforts, flyer and coupon promotions at the mall entrance proved especially effective in attracting customers, and the team plans to strengthen this strategy further. The Orbita Mall location also has strong potential because it is surrounded by residential complexes. To boost sales, the team plans to advertise inside apartment elevators and strengthen delivery sales strategies.


bb.q Kazak is currently expanding stores with great passion and speed. The company plans to open another store in Astana in June, and preparations are already underway.
