bb.q Japan is Satisfying Customers and Activating Franchise Business!

    Starting last May, bb.q Japan has been expanding its stores based on the franchise business. bb.q Japan strengthened the franchise business system during the period of operating the  company owned stores, and spreads into all regions of Japan. At this present, bb.q Japan opened about 20 stores, opening 7 new stores since September, and is planning to open 2 additional stores this month in Kanagawa and Tokyo.  In case of Senri-Chuo store, which is the most recently opened, since it is located in a shopping mall with a high floating population in Osaka, the FCD concept is applied so that the store can satisfy various age groups.

By broadening customer interaction points through opening franchise stores, bb.q Japan is accelerating to reinforce the operation system and menu development. They recently launched new products such as Tartar Egg Chicken Burger and dessert sections like Cheese Balls and Yuzu Lemonade as well. Moreover, at the end of this year, it is growing by not only stimulating customers’ curiosity by producing limited edition set menus consisting of local popular menu items, but also expanding customers’ options.

 

 As expanding bb.q business in their territory, bb.q Japan clearly recognizes the brand identity by applying the same concept and interior to all stores. Also, bb.q Japan is moving forward with the goal of achieving the vision by communicating with customers through various marketing and quickly establishing trends in the restaurant industry.
